WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Transformation, Marketing & Experience Consultant to join our Business Consulting Practice. You will work on high-stakes transformation projects for luxury, retail, financial services, hospitality and more, in B2C and B2B contexts.

The role involves defining strategic visions, roadmaps, opportunities, and innovative customer journeys, while leading change and measuring ROI. Based in Levallois-Perret with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in transformation, change management, marketing and customer experience, ideally in consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex issues.
• Solid methodological base: strategic framing, roadmap definition, use-case construction, etc.
• Good knowledge or appetite for AI topics.
• Ability to adapt quickly to varied, demanding contexts.
• Curious and proactive, proposing innovative solutions to create value.
• Fluent English required for international clients and environments.

Votre mission

Vous intervenez sur des projetsà fort enjeu sur des problématiquesvariéesde transformation,d’expérience client,de CRM, d’IA,ou encore dechange management sur des clients exigeants (luxe,retail, services financiers, hôtellerie…), en B2C et en B2B:

• Définir la vision stratégique et les roadmaps
• Identifier des opportunités et usecases innovants
• Concevoir desstratégies d’engagement et desparcours clients,en en mesurantles impacts
• Repenserles process et les organisations, notammentdans des contextes d’intégration de l’IA/ de l’agentique
• Piloter la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des initiatives, du lancement à la mise à l’échelle
• Accompagner les équipes clientes dans le changement et l’adoptiondes outils
• Mesurer la performance et le ROI pour assurer le succès durabledes actions déployées

Votre profil

• Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience, sur des sujets detransformation,change management,marketing et expérience client, idéalement dans le conseil
• Vous êtesreconnu.epour votre leadership, votre esprit analytique et votre capacité à synthétiser des enjeux complexes
• Vous disposez de solides bases méthodologiques (cadrage stratégique, définition de roadmap,construction de usecases,…)
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance / appétence aux sujets d’IA
• Vous savez vous adapter rapidement à des contextes variéset exigeants
• Curieux.se et proactif.ve, vous proposez des solutions innovantes pour créer de la valeur
• L’anglais courant est indispensable(clients et environnements internationaux)
