Job summary

MBM Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to direct multiple construction projects from initiation through completion.

You will develop subcontracts, communicate Design Professional information to stakeholders, and maintain detailed logs and change orders across projects. Ideal candidates have a Construction Management degree, strong budget management, and proven cost control skills, with the ability to multitask and coordinate teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $1,000,000–$15,000,000 construction projects preferred.
• Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong cost control and project budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontracts.
• Communicate all information from the Design Professional to those impacted.
• Maintain project logs and develop change orders.
• Prepare and maintain all project files.
• Schedule maintenance.
• Some travel is required but not overnight.
