Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise and lead construction crews with guidance and support.
• Enforce a culture of safety and ensure PPE compliance.
• Monitor work quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors and team members.
