Henderson Drake is seeking a Consolidation Manager in Paris (Hybrid) to lead end-to-end consolidation and financial close engagements for a growing EPM consultancy. The role requires deep expertise in French GAAP and IFRS, with senior client relationship responsibilities across France and Europe.

You will mentor junior consultants, define scalable consolidation designs, and contribute to pre-sales efforts to grow the practice.

• French-speaking is essential.
• Experience in audit, Group Finance, or senior consulting.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead consolidation and financial close engagements end to end, from scoping through to delivery and post-implementation review.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior Group Finance and reporting stakeholders across France and Europe.
• Define solution designs that translate complex consolidation requirements into practical, scalable outcomes.
• Lead client workshops, working sessions, and sign-off processes at a senior level.
• Oversee configuration and delivery of consolidation solutions, ensuring quality and technical rigour throughout.
• Manage cross-border project teams and collaborate with European colleagues on multi-jurisdiction engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to capability building across the team.
• Support pre-sales activity and contribute to the ongoing growth of the consolidation practice.

Henderson Drake is working with a growing EPM consultancy with a strong presence across France and Europe to find a Consolidation Manager for their Paris team.

This is a senior role for a French-speaking consolidation professional with deep functional expertise and a solid grounding in both French GAAP and IFRS. You will take ownership of complex consolidation engagements, lead client relationships at a senior level, and play an active part in developing the practice and the people within it.

What you will be doing:

• Own and lead consolidation and financial close engagements end to end, from initial scoping through to delivery and post-implementation review
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior Group Finance and reporting stakeholders across France and Europe

What we are looking for:

• Significant experience leading consolidation and financial close engagements, ideally within a consulting environment
• Deep knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS consolidation requirements
• French speaking is essential for this role
• Background in audit, Group Finance, or a senior consulting function
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead complex projects independently
• EPM platform experience is advantageous though not required
• Comfortable leading cross-border teams and working across European jurisdictions
