Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAS à Toulouse recherche un/une Responsable Configuration et Data Management pour rejoindre une nouvelle équipe dédiée à un programme militaire dérivé.

Vous coordonnerez les méthodes et outils de configuration, déployerez les outils PLM/PDM et assurerez le support data management local tout en travaillant avec l'équipe en Espagne et un réseau international. Anglais et français exigés; déplacement possible.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur en industriel, aéronautique, informatique ou équivalent.
• Expérience avérée en gestion de configuration et de données dans un environnement industriel.
• Expérience dans les systèmes PLM/PDM et outils collaboratifs (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint) souhaitée.
• Compétences avancées en analyse, mise en œuvre et amélioration de processus, et déploiement PLM/PDM.
• Capacité à coordonner des équipes internes et des sous-traitants externes.
• Langues: anglais et français courants; l'espagnol serait un plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordonner et déployer les méthodes et processus de configuration; déployer les outils PLM requis.
• Gérer le Configuration Management en tant que point focal et coordonner les ressources.
• Déployer les outils de Data management et assurer le support local.
• Rapporter et produire des KPI et audits simples liés à la gestion documentaire.
• Participer aux jalons du programme et représenter les deux fonctions localement.

Your Challenges

As a member of our team, you will develop and perform the following challenging tasks and concurrence activities:

• For Configuration Management:
  • In the short term, coordinate and execute the deployment of Configuration Methods and Processes. Deploy the PLM tools in Airbus Defence and Space France required for the development of this new derivative project
  • In the mid term, execute the Configuration Management processes in the operation as Configuration Manager and coordinate the additional required resources as site focal point.
• For Data Management:
  • Coordinate and execute the deployment of the Data management tools in Airbus Defence and Space France required for the development of this new derivative project
  • Provide local support for the daily work activities in relation with the data management process and tools :Data Loading & Migration, Data Cleansing & Validation and Database Maintenance:
  • Reporting: Extract basic datasets to support the creation of status reports or simple data audits. Generate and present KPI reports on the current status of activities relevant to document management.
• Participate in program-related milestone reviews and represent both functions locally

The config and data management topics are to be jointly developed and coordinated with our team in Spain. You will report to the Design Configuration and Data Management responsibles.

Your Profile: Abilities, skills and competencies

As a successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate the following abilities, skills and competences with proved experience:

• Degree in Industrial, Aeronautics, Computer Science or similar applicable engineering grade
• Proven experience in configuration and data management in an industrial environment
• Experience in modern PLM/PDM systems and also collaborative tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, etc.) desirable.
• Advanced skills in the analysis, implementation, introduction and improvement of processes, especially in the area of data management and config. Experience in the deployment of business requirements in PLM/PDM tools.
• Ability to manage and coordinate internal people and external subcontracting companies.
• Languages: Fluent English and French level, Spanish languages would be plus
• Good communication skills, presentation, collaboration, proactivity and team play working spirit in an international environment
• Confident, flexible, resilient and assertive, ready to take new challenges in an uncertain, volatile, complex and ambiguous environment
• Willingness to travel eventually
