What will you do?

TheFork is seeking its future supplier Accounts Payable accountant to strengthen the Paris-based accounting team. The accountant will work with other team members. Responsibilities (non-exhaustive) include:

• Accounts payable for France, Belgium and Switzerland: verify and post supplier invoices, match invoices with purchase orders, process payments
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve AP issues
• Create supplier records
• Prepare monthly provisions, accruals, and other close-related entries
• Verify and post employee expense reports
• Analyze the AP ledger
• Classify and archive accounting documents
• Automate and identify process improvements in the accounting system (Workday)

Trésorerie

• Prepare and initiate payments
• Assist in bank reconciliations (point-in-time payments, failed payments, manual payments)

Autres

• Occasional general accounting tasks
• Occasional projects depending on availability

Ce que nous recherchons / What we are looking for

• Diplômé en comptabilité / finance ou expérience équivalente, Bac+2 minimum
• Expérience significative d’au moins 2 ans en comptabilité fournisseurs
• Connaissances des normes comptables françaises
• Anglais opérationnel (oral, écrit)
• Bonnes connaissances d’Excel et maîtrise d’un ERP (Workday financial est un plus)
• Expérience dans un environnement international et dans un groupe avec de nombreuses filiales
• Compétences en analyse
• Organisation, motivation et sens du détail
• Bonne communication écrite et orale
• Flexibilité dans le travail et capacité à travailler dans un environnement en pleine croissance
