fundcraft France is seeking a Compliance Officer to own the compliance and internal control framework for the company and its funds. Based in Paris, you will work closely with the RCCI and Country Head, supporting the second line of defence and driving adherence to AMF and EU rules.

The role evolves toward the RCCI function, with ongoing platform feedback and collaboration with tech teams to enhance regulatory features. You will report to the Country Head and RCCI of fundcraft France.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, finance, audit or compliance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance, internal control or regulatory advisory.
• Good knowledge of French and European framework applicable to AIFMs.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support the RCCI as part of the second line of defence on compliance, internal control and ethics.
• Define and execute the annual second-level control plan including AML/CFT and ESG topics.
• Formalise control findings and follow up action plans with teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update risk maps and procedures.
• Organise AML/CFT training and assist in regulatory requests.
