Role Overview

In a context of structuring and harmonizing HR policies, Unlimitail is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Officer to support the implementation and management of the Group’s overall compensation and benefits policies.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in building, ensuring consistency, and promoting transparency across C&B practices, while providing operational support to HR teams and strategic analysis to the Executive Committee.

Your Mission
Structuring and Managing Compensation Policies
  • Contribute to defining and implementing the global compensation policy (fixed, variable, benefits, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of job grading and internal job classification
  • Assist HR Business Partners in building individual or collective compensation packages
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness based on market studies
C&B Policies and Benefits
  • Define and update benefits policies (e.g., company car policy, health insurance, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance of policies with regulations and internal agreements
  • Contribute to HR communication and education regarding C&B programs
HR Analysis, Reporting, and Steering
  • Build and monitor HR and C&B KPIs for reporting to the Executive Committee
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the salary budget
  • Produce ad hoc analyses to support HR and managerial decision‑making
Project Management and Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in cross‑functional HR projects: tool harmonization, digitalization, HRIS evolution, etc.
  • Identify and implement optimization and efficiency levers across C&B processes
What we’re looking for
  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Finance, ou équivalent
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste C&B, RH généraliste à forte composante rémunération, ou contrôle de gestion sociale
  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils d’analyse de données RH (Lucca / Teamtailor)
  • Anglais professionnel
  • Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité et capacité à gérer des données sensibles
  • Excellente communication et posture de conseil auprès des RRH
  • Appétence pour la gestion de projet et la collaboration transversale appréciée
