Description du poste

Chance Education is a non‑profit organization dedicated to preparing higher education students for the future of work. In partnership with Google.org and INCO, we are launching "NewFutures: AI," a large‑scale program to equip 100,000 students across Europe with critical, job‑ready AI skills. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic learning and the demands of an AI‑driven job market, ensuring every student has the confidence and competence to thrive.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our international launch. As our Program & Community Launch Intern, you will play a foundational role in building our operations from the ground up acting as a right hand to the COO and founding team across strategic and day‑to‑day execution. You will work directly with the founding team to launch our student communities in our initial markets (including France, Italy, UK, Germany, and Spain) and shape the very first "member experience" for our learners. This is a hands‑on, versatile role for someone who is proactive, creative, and eager to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Community & Ambassador Engagement (60%)
  • Maintain and distribute communication materials (communication kits, newsletters, social content) to build community among international associations and Solidarity Community "Helpers."
  • Manage ambassador communities across all 5 tracks (Marketing, Finance, Business Ops, ICT & Tech, Admin) and by country; drive engagement and gamification.
  • Launch and run pilot community groups, testing and iterating on engagement strategies.
  • Collect written and video testimonials from early cohorts to support growth.
  • Source and coordinate guest speakers for masterclasses.
2. Project & Executive Support (25%)
  • Act as a flexible right hand to the project lead and COO on multi‑country rollout coordination.
  • Give a hand on translating project management across markets.
  • Support user research and beta testing: organize sessions, gather input, analyze findings, recommend next steps.
  • Maintain and organize the central drive and documentation.
3. Program Operations & Member Experience (15%)
  • Back up customer support, handling student inquiries not resolved by AI support.
  • Edit and maintain the project website, keeping content accurate and aligned with each market's launch.
  • Help create operational documents for partner universities (progress tracking templates, promo toolkits).
What We Offer
  • A unique, hands‑on experience in launching a high‑impact, international non‑profit project.
  • Direct mentorship from the COO with deep entrepreneurial experience.
  • The opportunity to build systems and processes from scratch and see the immediate impact of your work.
  • Exposure to a global network of partners, including universities and tech organizations.
  • A dynamic and meaningful work environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Other languages are a strong asset.
  • A proactive attitude, with a high degree of autonomy and resourcefulness.
  • Strong interest in education, technology (AI), social impact, and community management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation (e.g., writing, simple design) being a plus.
