BYD Europe is seeking a Community Growth & Engagement professional in France to lead local initiatives. You will grow the community, engage users through campaigns and events, and plan localized content to match audience interests.

You will monitor metrics, collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams, and help organize online and offline campaigns to strengthen brand relationships and awareness.

• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns (e.g., test drive events, meetups).
• Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to launch engagement initiatives.
• Support offline activities such as vehicle showcases and community events.
• Monitor community performance metrics (engagement, retention, growth).
• Analyze user behavior and optimize content and operations strategies.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights.
