Cartier Women's Initiative in Paris invites a six-month, full-time intern to join the global program team. Starting January 2027, you will help with the 2027 edition from fellowship announcements to the Amsterdam ceremony, while supporting cross-functional projects that empower women and impact communities.

The role emphasizes content creation, attendee curation, and collaboration with agencies and the communications team to ensure strong storytelling. Travel to Amsterdam is expected.

Qualifications

• Background in business, communications, international affairs, or development.
• C2 level of English proficiency (CEFR).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with accountability for success.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Focus on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in event management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support organization of the 2027 Awards Ceremony and Awards Week.
• Content creation and attendee curation and management for the 2027 fellows.
• Assist in production of communications assets with creative agencies and the communications team.
• Facilitate coordination between HQ and worldwide teams and external partners.
• Travel to Amsterdam in April or May 2027.
