Mistral, a leader in full-stack AI solutions, seeks a Communications Lead, Enterprise, to shape how the company is understood across the global AI landscape—translating milestones, vertical expertise, and scientific advances into narratives for customers, partners, media, and the broader market.

This is a highly cross-functional role; you will work with GTM, Marketing, Solutions, and Science teams, and with Founders and Executives to ensure product and research innovations fuel business

• Craft and distribute business communications assets—press releases, Q&As, blogs, op-eds, and social content across PR, digital, social, and executive platforms.
• Build and own Mistral's vertical narratives for priority sectors and turn them into global campaigns.
• Shape competitive storytelling and grow share of voice.
• Support major deals and partnerships end-to-end with announcements for complex customer challenges.
• Prepare and train spokespersons, including Founders and Executives, for media events and Davos.
• Establish a consistent communications cadence independent of milestone cycles.
• Monitor reputation, report results, and turn insights into recommendations.
• Scale the function using AI and stay ahead of industry trends.

The Role

As a Communications Lead, Enterprise on the Communications team, you will shape how Mistral is understood across the global AI landscape — translating our Business milestones, vertical expertise, and scientific advances into narratives that land with customers, partners, media, and the broader market.

Business communications is central to how Mistral competes and grows. You will own competitive storytelling against rival positions and share of voice, build vertical narratives for priority sectors such as FSI, manufacturing, and public sector, and support flagship deals and partnerships with organizations like Microsoft and HSBC from first conversation to public announcement.

This is a highly cross-functional and visible position. You will partner closely with GTM, Marketing, Solutions, and Science teams, and work directly with our Founders and Executives — ensuring our product and research innovations fuel Business narratives, and that Business needs flow back into how we tell our story.

What You Will Do

• Craft and distribute Business communications assets — press releases, Q&As, blog posts, op-eds, and social content — across PR, digital, social, and executive platforms.
• Build and own Mistral's vertical narratives for priority sectors, and turn them into coordinated global campaigns.
• Shape competitive storytelling that positions Mistral against competitor narratives and grows our share of voice.
• Support major deals and partnerships end-to-end, producing announcements that show how Mistral tackles the most complex customer challenges.
• Prepare and train spokespersons — including Founders and Executives — for interviews, press conferences, media round tables, and global stages such as Davos.
• Establish a consistent communications cadence that runs independently of milestone cycles.
• Monitor Mistral's reputation, report on results, and turn insights into concrete recommendations.
• Scale the function using AI, and stay current on industry trends and communications best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record in B2B Communications, with experience in Tech and ideally global Tech/AI brands.
• Deep PR expertise at regional level or above — writing press releases, organizing global press conferences and media round tables, and knowledge of the Tech/AI media landscape.
• Exceptional writing across formats and audiences: blog posts, op-eds, executive social content, and engaging messaging.
• Ability to craft creative, 360° communications campaigns and to brief and steer external agencies and freelancers.
• Skill in positioning spokespersons for high-level opportunities and building thought leadership across channels.
• Strategic mindset — able to shape narratives, compete on share of voice, and connect Science and Product to Business storytelling.
• Comfort with short iterations and visible, central work; ability to navigate ambiguity and keep moving.
• Collaborative instinct with strong ownership and a bias for action, paired with curiosity and a habit of measuring and improving your own results.
