You will review and approve invoices, manage supplier payments, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare VAT returns and service charge statements.

The role requires five years of experience, strong client relations, and proficiency with POWIMMO; join two senior managers and an assistant for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least five years of successful experience in property management accounting.
• Responsiveness, organisation and attention to detail.
• Versatility and ability to handle all accounting responsibilities.
• Proficiency in POWIMMO is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of commercial leases.
• Strong client relationship skills.
