Aqua Plumbing and Air seeks a Commercial HVAC Chiller Mechanic in Sarasota, FL to repair and maintain chillers, boilers, and fresh air equipment on large tonnage systems. You will read controls diagrams, supervise technicians, and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, familiarity with BAS and major OEM interfaces (Trane, Carrier, AAON, York), and a proven commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of experience in HVAC service/repair.
• Experience repairing commercial HVAC equipment including chillers and boilers.
• Knowledge of system services and building automation systems.

Mansioni

• Evaluate mechanical and controls systems for optimal performance.
• Read and understand controls diagrams.
• Diagnose, service and repair chillers, boilers, and large tonnage systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of schematics and blueprints.
