A cybersecurity solution provider is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business growth in the French market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity or SaaS sales, experience in developing relationships with mid-market accounts, and the ability to engage with technical and executive buyers. Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in commercial sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Cybersecurity SaaS or technology background strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling into mid-market accounts within France.

The Role

Halcyon is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Commercial Account Executive to drive new business growth in the French commercial market. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cybersecurity or SaaS solutions building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development : Identify prospect and close new commercial accounts across France.
  • Territory Growth : Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy building pipeline across mid-market customers.
  • Customer Engagement : Partner with CISOs CTOs and IT decision-makers to understand their ransomware protection needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Channel Leverage : Work closely with Halcyons channel and reseller partners to expand reach and accelerate deals.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline : Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting providing visibility into performance and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Partner with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and value delivery.
  • Closing & Negotiation : Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and contract close.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 years experience in commercial sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Cybersecurity SaaS or technology background strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling into mid-market accounts within France.
  • Fluent in French with strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both technical and executive buyers.
  • Skilled in solution selling negotiation and closing complex deals.

Compensation

OTE : 140-160K (including base variable depending on experience).

This role also includes participation in Halcyons equity programme.
