JD.COM is seeking an experienced Cold Chain Warehouse Manager in Paris to oversee end-to-end operations for temperature-controlled storage and distribution. You will lead inbound, storage, picking, and outbound activities, ensuring strict temperature control, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage teams, monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and coordinate with Quality, EHS, and Logistics to resolve cross-functional issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, including cold chain operations.
• Experience managing a large warehouse and multiple functions.
• Knowledge of cold chain operations, temperature monitoring, inventory control, and quality/safety requirements.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GDP/pharma cold chain standards depending on sector.
• Experience handling temperature deviations, quarantine, non-conformities, and emergencies.
• Strong leadership, analytics, risk management, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Working proficiency in English for day-to-day business communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operation of the cold chain warehouse, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, efficiency, and temperature control.
• Lead warehouse teams and supervisors across inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound operations.
• Ensure proper receiving, handling, storage, picking, and dispatch within required temperature ranges.
• Monitor temperature-control systems, alarms, records, and take prompt action on deviations.
• Ensure traceability, manage excursions, damaged goods, non-conformities, quarantine stock, and other exceptions.
• Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, safety, temperature compliance, service level, cost; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and coordinate responses to incidents, equipment failures, deviations, and emergencies.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Quality, QI/EHS, Supply Chain, Maintenance and others to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Continuously improve warehouse layout, cold-storage capacity, processes, resource allocation, and standardized practices.
