The Co-Manufacturing Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing co-manufacturing partnerships (production outsourcing) to support the company's growth. He / she identifies new industrial partners, negotiates collaboration agreements and manages delegated manufacturing projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify new co-manufacturing opportunities aligned with the growth strategy.
- Prospect, qualify potential partners in the agri-food sector (industries, cooperatives, etc.).
- Market analysis (market trends, needs, competitors).
- Conduct contract negotiations with industrial partners.
- Analyze and size new opportunities, start prefeasibility and feasibility stages for new projects, manage pipeline.
- Support on contract negotiation when needed.
- Supplier Relations & Strategic Intelligence:
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with co-manufacturing partners.
- Monitor industrial trends, technological innovations, and regulatory developments.
- Constantly seek levers for industrial optimization and competitiveness.
- Project Management:
- Provide regular sales / marketing reporting to CoMan Dr.
- Education:
- Business School or Engineer / specializing in agri-food or supply chain.
- Experience:
- Significant (5 to 10 years) in business development, industrial project management or purchasing in the agri-food sector (food ingredients, industry, equipment).
- Very good knowledge of the food industry manufacturing processes and the value chain.
- Hard & Soft skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, project management skills, financial acumen.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, results‑oriented, rigorous and organized.
- Leadership, ownership & proactive.
- Customer oriented, ability to create and develop relationships with customers, service oriented.
Fluent
English & French (must have), German (nice to have) - Spanish (would be a plus)

- Localization: Paris, no need to be based in France, could consider other options.
- Remote work is possible.
