Co-Founder & COO — Operations & Product Excellence

About the Role

NUVEAUX is seeking a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on Co-Founder & COO on equity-based terms. This true builder thrives in early-stage environments and takes ownership of both strategy and execution.

He/she brings the discipline and precision of luxury hospitality operations, as well as the agility to create systems from scratch, iterate quickly, and personally step into the field to ensure excellence.

This role requires someone equally comfortable designing the NUVEAUX Asset Management SOPs, shaping product standards, building the Operations P&L, and meeting with owners or partners to accelerate traction.

He/she thinks like a founder, acts like an operator, and moves like a creator.

The Mission

Build, refine, and maintain NUVEAUX’s Operations Excellence Engine with an entrepreneurial spirit — combining strategy, field execution, creativity, and financial precision:

  • Create bespoke SOPs and service standards for boutique hotels, luxury villas, and chalet operations aligned with NUVEAUX’s regenerative philosophy.
  • Architect Operations P&Ls, financial dashboards, cost structures, and performance ratios tailor-made for NUVEAUX’s asset management model.
  • Ensure that every property under NUVEAUX’s umbrella delivers profitable, high-performing, experience-led hospitality.
  • Develop the operational framework that will allow NUVEAUX to scale across.
  • Having a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market in France is a significant advantage.

Ideal Profile

  • A MUST - 5+ years in hospitality, boutique hotels, or luxury villas in an operations leading role with a proven track record in creating structure and driving excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial at heart — proactive, self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Operational Architecture & SOPs: Build and implement systems from scratch — covering guest experience, property management, and service excellence — across villas, boutique hotels, and mixed-use assets.
  • Hands-on — not a “desk operator,” but someone who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, guiding / coaching teams, and elevating standards through presence.
  • Comfortable in a start-up / venture-building context — lean structure, limited resources, high ambition.
  • Able to balance execution with strategic thinking — from P&L architecture to guest-experience refinement
  • Recruit, train, and lead both in-house and outsourced teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment with NUVEAUX standards.
  • Establish a culture of excellence, ownership, and client satisfaction, while managing key vendor relationships (housekeeping, maintenance, operations) for consistency and performance.
  • AI & Automation Integration:
  • Forecasting, cost control, and decision-making. Leverage technology to enhance

Commitment & Setup

·Co-founder level engagement: full-time or near full-time dedication, depending on availability and mutual agreement.

·Equity-based collaboration from day one, structured for long-term alignment (standard 4-year vesting / 1-year cliff).

·As NUVEAUX begins to generate consistent revenue, each co-founder will transition to a monthly retainer per partner (to be defined according to the company’s net cash performance).

·Lean, agile, and high-trust environment — we build with precision, ownership, and shared accountability.

·Remote-first collaboration, with flexible working bases across Europe & Middle East.

·Occasional travel may be required for client projects, investor meetings, or on-site reviews.
