DEMGY in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon is looking for an experienced NC turner to join the Production Department / NC Machining Workshop. You will follow established routines, read drawings, and set up machines with appropriate cutting tools to produce precision parts.

Required are at least 5 years of machining experience, strong blueprint reading, and ISO programming on FANUC or HEIDENHAIN. The role offers a 39-hour 2x8 shift pattern, competitive salary, and benefits supporting your professional

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of solid machining experience (incl. work-study).
• Excellent blueprint reading and ISO programming on FANUC/HEIDENHAIN.
• Ability to set up machines, select cutting tools, analyze defects and implement corrective measures.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement and workshop organization.
• Adherence to GMP and internal regulations.

Responsabilidades

Exciting tasks :

• Follow established machining routines and know how to read a manufacturing drawing
• Know how to read and correct an ISO program on a FANUC and/or HEIDENHAIN computer
• Set up and adjust machines: choose the right cutting tools to produce a series of parts, analyze any defects detected and correct them, after implementing corrective measures. If problems persist, report to your superiors
• Make suggestions to improve workshop organization
• Respect internal regulations and good manufacturing practices
• Carry out first-level maintenance of his/her workstation and ensure that it is clean and tidy

Ideal location:

This position is based at our Saint Aubin sur Gaillon site, also the Group's headquarters, on the Rouen - Mantes La Jolie axis, on the A13 freeway - Exit n°17 for Gaillon.

39-hour 2*8 shift (morning or afternoon), Monday to Friday.
