DEMGY in Clamart is seeking an NC lathe operator to design machining programs, produce parts on MAZAK machines, and support production quality. You will join a human-scale company renowned for its circular economy and will provide technical assistance to operators.

The role is based at the Clamart site near the Soleil Levant stop, with a 38.5-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday. A competitive salary, health insurance, and savings/bonus schemes are offered.

Formación

• CQPM / Bac pro machining / BTS Machining certification required
• Experience with NC turning or milling on MAZAK preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and select appropriate cutting tools

Responsabilidades

• Design machining programs and modify existing ones
• Produce parts on NC machines (MAZAK)
• Assemble and adjust machining tools
• Inspect parts and detect malfunctions
• Carry out first-level maintenance on machines
• Ensure production control and self-inspection procedures
• Detect and anticipate malfunctions from monitoring records
• Analyze faults and report technical problems
• Provide technical support to operators
• Compile production and quality indicators

Exciting tasks :

• Design machining programs and/or modify existing ones
• Produce parts on numerically controlled machines (MAZAK)
• Assemble and adjust machining tools
• Inspect parts and detect malfunctions
• Carry out 1st level maintenance on machines
• Ensure and apply production control/self-control procedures
• Detect and anticipate technical malfunctions based on monitoring records, surveillance plans and machine self-diagnostics
• Analyze detected faults and correct them within his or her area of expertise. Report technical problems (by writing up work orders)
• Listen and provide technical support to operators on the various machines
• Compile production and quality indicators for his/her area of responsibility

Confirmed training: CQPM / Bac pro machining / BTS Machining of all levels of experience in NC turning or milling.

Technical skills: blueprint reading, ISO programming, cutting tool selection and machine set-up.
