Tencent Europe (France) SAS seeks a six-month full-time intern to support the in-house legal team, focusing on international legal and compliance matters for Tencent Cloud. You will gain hands-on experience reviewing contracts, researching regulations, and drafting legal memos in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Law (China or EU) or be pursuing such a degree, with strong legal research and drafting skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Law from China or a European jurisdiction, or currently pursuing such a degree.
• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills; solid foundation in legal principles.
• Good understanding of EU legal and regulatory framework.

Responsabilidades

• Support Tencent Cloud's international legal and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on cloud services, data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and other tech-related regs.
• Monitor EU and other jurisdictions' regulatory developments; prepare updates and internal briefings.
• Assist in reviewing, drafting, proofreading, and translating commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Prepare internal legal memoranda, research notes, and compliance guidance.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation and assist with projects as needed.
