Zusammenfassung

LuoPay is building fintech infrastructure for cross-border payments in Africa. We seek an Infrastructure & Security Lead to evolve cloud security controls and CI/CD pipelines, shaping a scalable foundation with regulators and partners in mind.

You will work closely with the CTO to implement an extensive security program across GCP, tooling, and compliance, while mentoring a small team of engineers in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of tech engineering experience.
• Strong experience building cloud infrastructure and writing Terraform code.
• Experience with GCP is highly valued.
• Strong appetite for security focused technical work.
• Broad technical curiosity across IAM, networking, governance, CI/CD, observability, APIs and web security.
• Experience in small, fast-paced teams.
• Experience in regulated industries and ISO27001/SOC2 compliance is appreciated.

Aufgaben

• Analyze infrastructure and map security risks.
• Write design documents for infrastructure targets.
• Use Terraform to evolve GCP infrastructure.
• Apply GCP security tooling to protect networks, services and databases.
• Automate security testing in delivery pipelines.
• Research and onboard tools to improve reliability and security posture.
• Collaborate with CTO to implement security and compliance framework.
