Job summary

The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is seeking a Cloud DevOps developer for the Rainbow Edge platform in Brest, France. You will automate deployment of Rainbow cloud architecture using Ansible, Terraform, Python, or Bash, and build tests, benchmarks, and deployment references.

You will also author documentation to support external deployments and operations, work with the SRE team to ensure high availability, and help shape tomorrow's cloud architecture with an emphasis on automation and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of GNU/Linux and networking.
• Experience in automation, HA, scalability, backup, and recovery.
• Experience with testing.
• Technical documentation writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployment of Rainbow cloud architecture using Ansible, Terraform, Python or Bash.
• Create manual and automated tests (static coverage, non-regression, chaos tests).
• Perform benchmarks to build deployment reference tables.
• Create documentation to help third parties deploy and operate Rainbow platform.
• Anticipate challenges and help design next-gen cloud architectures.
