Thermo Fisher Scientific in Saint-Aubin, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. You will assist with site activation, regulatory documentation, and review of trial files to ensure audit readiness.

You will work closely with investigators and site personnel, manage timelines, and help develop feasibility assessments and site lists to support rapid activations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills.
• Experience in clinical research or trial coordination is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and complete tasks on assigned trial activities per task matrix.
• Review trial documents and document findings in the system.
• Ensure tasks are on time, within budget, and of high quality; flag risks.
• Provide admin support for site activation and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with site start-up activities and feasibility processes.
• Train new staff and support process improvements.
