Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Specialist – Joint to deliver expert clinical, technical and educational support for DePuy Synthes products. You will train healthcare professionals, lead clinical sessions, and ensure safe, effective use of implants, robotics, and instrumentation.
The role focuses on constant knowledge transfer, collaboration with commercial and marketing teams, and maintaining high standards of patient safety. Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux with a cross-disciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Nurse diploma and state certification (IBODE preferred).
- Experience in operating rooms, ideally in arthroplasty (knee/hip).
- Professional English, and good IT/computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical expertise to DePuy Synthes teams and health professionals.
- Deliver clinical trainings, staff workshops and robotic system instruction.
- Offer high-level clinical support during complex interventions.
- Support deployment of new technologies with cross-functional teams.
- Act as clinical lead with focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
