Home Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to drive adoption of an AI skin-scanning platform in France. You will train physicians and clinical teams, lead onboarding at new sites, and support live skin scanning sessions while gathering feedback to improve the product.

You will travel across France, contribute to education programmes, and work closely with Product and Engineering to refine workflows and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within medical devices or digital health.
• Ability to train physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Fluency in French; good command of English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and improve user guides and digital learning content.
• Support pilot programmes and early deployments as the technology expands in France.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging hands‑on training for physicians, dermatologists, medical assistants and clinical teams.
• Lead the implementation and onboarding of new customer sites, ensuring users quickly become confident and self‑sufficient.
• Support clinicians during live AI skin scanning sessions and help them confidently integrate the technology into routine clinical practice.
• Become the trusted clinical expert for customers, providing ongoing support and building long‑term professional relationships.
• Resolve routine customer issues while coordinating technical escalations where specialist support is required.
• Gather customer insights and real‑world clinical feedback to help improve product functionality, workflows and user experience.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support the continued development of this innovative AI platform.
• Create and continuously improve user guides, training materials, FAQs, knowledge base articles and digital learning content.
• Support pilot programmes and early customer deployments as the technology is introduced across France.
• Help establish scalable clinical education and customer implementation programmes as the business continues to grow.

About You

• You’ll already have experience in a customer facing role within medical devices, aesthetics, diagnostics, digital health or healthcare technology.
• You’ll be confident delivering training to physicians and other healthcare professionals, able to explain technical concepts clearly, and enjoy building long‑term customer relationships.
• You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable working within an ambitious, fast‑growing business where you’ll have the opportunity to influence both customer experience and product development.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential, along with the flexibility to travel throughout France to support customer implementations and training.
