Clinical Specialist – France

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Specialist to oversee the clinical aspects of a cutting-edge neurostimulation therapy. This role is key to driving the adoption of an innovative treatment, ensuring its safe implementation, training, education and demonstration of their Class III implant to physcians across France.

About the Role

As the clinical expert in the region, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and clinical teams to implement therapy in the operating room. You’ll play a critical role in establishing referral networks, educating multidisciplinary teams, and organising community awareness initiatives to improve care pathways for patients with sleep-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and clinical support to healthcare providers, including medical and allied health professionals, across operating rooms, sleep and respiratory centres, outpatient clinics, and advocacy organizations.
  • Build trust and understanding of therapy indications among referring physicians and ensure efficient patient pathways.
  • Deliver clinical and technical expertise during therapy procedures, including implantation, activation, troubleshooting, and follow-up visits.
  • Develop and implement communication frameworks and referral processes to optimize care coordination.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to increase awareness and adoption of the therapy.
  • Conduct follow-up training to maintain high competency levels among healthcare professionals.
  • Support educational programs and market development initiatives within the territory.
  • Document therapy-related reports and maintain compliance with quality system protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest clinical evidence and relevant publications to inform best practices.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Nursing or a bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
  • Proven experience in a clinical role within the medical device industry, ideally involving operating room environments.
  • Experience in the Operating Room ideally within Class III implantables is desirable.
  • Familiarity with therapy awareness, market development, or related fields is highly desirable.
