Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead and coordinate clinical projects from study start-up through close-out in an international, regulated environment.

You will develop timelines and budgets, manage cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory Affairs and Data Management, and ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory standards. Fluent English is required; French or other languages are a plus. A Life Sciences degree is expected.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management within pharma, biotech, medical device or CRO environment.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English; French and/or additional languages are a plus.

• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of clinical documentation and study deliverables.
• Prepare and contribute to audits and inspections.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical project management processes

Join Amaris Consulting and support one of our leading clients in the successful delivery of clinical studies within an international and highly regulated environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical projects from study start-up through close-out.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Data Management and external partners.
• Oversee the selection, initiation and performance of clinical sites.
• Manage relationships with CROs, vendors and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure clinical activities are conducted in accordance with protocol requirements, GCP and applicable regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Ensure the quality, completeness and timely delivery of clinical documentation and study deliverables.
• Prepare and contribute to audits and inspections.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical project management processes and practices.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management within a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or CRO environment.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of GCP and applicable clinical research regulations.
• Experience working with CROs, clinical sites and external vendors.
• Experience managing international and/or multicenter clinical studies is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related field.
• Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate risks and work effectively in a complex environment.
• Fluent English; French and/or additional languages are a plus.
