Maury Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Department at Maury Regional Medical Center. The role covers clinical activities such as order entry, drug information, chart review, pharmacokinetic dosing, and communication of drug therapy changes to physicians.

You will work with pharmacy leadership to meet organizational objectives. Required licensure with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy; PharmD or accredited degree preferred; 2 years of pharmacy experience

Qualifications

Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Pharmacy is required.
Pharm D or Graduate from an Accredited College of Pharmacy preferred.
2 Years of Pharmacy Experience preferred.
1 Year of Pharmacy Residency preferred.

Responsabilités

Perform order entry and drug use review, chart review and pharmacokinetic dosing.
Communicate drug therapy changes to physicians and formulary-related activities.
Present drug information to various groups and participate in formulary decisions.
