Ipsen is seeking a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to lead end-to-end execution of global evidence generation activities, including CSS, SUD, and other medical affairs projects. The role oversees cross-functional teams, budgets, and regulatory interactions to ensure timely, on-budget study delivery with GXP compliance.

Senior CPM responsibilities include mentorship of CPMs, stakeholder engagement, and provision of strategic clinical research leadership across oncology/rare diseases programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical drug development (Ph2/Ph3) or significant experience in RWE/HEOR, NIS studies.
• Excellent organisational and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of evidence generation activities.
• Design study synopses and develop research protocols aligned with integrated plans.
• Coordinate CSFs, budgets, timelines, and KPI monitoring.
• Mentor CPMs and coordinate with cross-functional teams and SPs to ensure study deliverables.
