Boston Scientific in Canada seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to provide high-level clinical support for the electrophysiology portfolio across hospitals in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You will act as the primary contact for customers, deliver education, and collaborate with Territory Managers to drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electrophysiology with catheter ablation and 3D mapping.
• University degree or EP specialty training.
• Willingness to work in laboratory and operating room environments.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to travel within Quebec, Canada and internationally.
• Driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert clinical support on the full EP portfolio.
• Serve as primary contact for Boston Scientific customers in the territory, with on-site support.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to meet sales targets and manage territory.
• Lead education and training sessions for healthcare professionals on EP products.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and targeted customers.
• Educate customers on product merits through presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide commercial support, troubleshooting, and product support.
• Support clinical research and participate in case reviews.
• Travel within Quebec for product support.
