Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Global Clinical Development Lead for Rare Disease (Nephrology). This senior role shapes development programs end-to-end, including registration and launch, reporting to the VP Potravitug Global Asset Lead.

You will oversee CDP/IDP design, interact with health authorities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality studies on time and within budget, in a globally matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• MD or international equivalent required.
• Nephrology/ transplant nephrology experience with renal expertise.
• 10+ years in clinical and drug development, with global late-stage trials.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and delivery of the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) and IDP components.
• Interpret trial data in context of external data and plan development strategies.
• Represent Ipsen with health authorities (FDA/EMA) on clinical matters.
• Author or oversee key clinical documents and regulatory submissions.
• Provide medical oversight of ongoing trials ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams acrossEarly Development and Clinical Operations.
