Sanofi, a leading biopharma, is seeking a Scientific Data Analyst to join the Vaccines Biostatistical Sciences team. You will analyze clinical trial data, build end-to-end pipelines, and partner with biostatisticians to deliver reproducible outputs.

You will promote open-source workflows (Python/R, Git) and apply AI/ML to accelerate programming, data wrangling, and validation across studies. This role offers internal mobility, international opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Sciences/Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience analyzing real-world data in pharma/biotech or healthcare analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation and visualization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform clinical trial data analyses – exploratory and confirmatory analyses on clinical trial datasets (SDTM, ADaM).
• Champion modern programming practices – transition from SAS to open-source languages (R, Python) with Git and modular programming.
• Leverage AI/ML to augment statistical programming – apply AI-powered tools to accelerate data wrangling, QC, and output generation.
• Develop & maintain innovative analytical tools – build reusable packages and automation frameworks across studies.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians – translate SAPs into robust, well-documented code and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to evolution of the statistical programming practice – define new standards and advocate for data science innovation.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies – evaluate AI/ML tools and industry trends for adoption.
