Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–8 years in sponsor or CRO site contracting with international exposure.
• Experience in site activation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare budget grids, contracting strategies, and coordination of grants for proposals.
• Maintain contract templates, budgeting systems, processes, and training materials for sponsors and complex studies.
• Oversee site regulatory documentation and clinical trial agreements with Sponsors and sites.
• Monitor contracting performance metrics for timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with sponsors and RSU teams to deliver project scopes per sponsor requirements and RSU plans.
• Provide expert legal, operational, and financial contracting support to study teams for initiation and maintenance.
