Job summary

Excelya is seeking a Business System Expert to support analytical platforms used for design and statistical analysis of clinical trial data in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will bridge Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, IT, QA, and external vendors to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of critical systems.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience with SAS platforms, CSV, GxP, and clinical trial processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in system administration, system support, or business systems management.
• Proven experience with SAS platforms (SAS Viya, SAS Grid, SAS Analytics Platform, SAS Clinical).
• Understanding of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming activities within clinical trials.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and validation documentation.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GxP, and clinical research processes.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud is highly desirable.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and administration for analytical platforms, primarily SAS Viya, Grid, and related systems.
• Act as the main interface between Biostatisticians, SAS Programmers, IT teams, QA, and external providers.
• Manage incidents, track technical issues, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance and maintain CSV documentation.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation in accordance with GxP requirements.
• Deliver training and support to end users.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and validation activities.
• Monitor platform usage and propose corrective and preventive actions when needed.
• Support the assessment and framing of new system implementation projects.
