Nabla, based in Paris, seeks an AI/ML Software Engineer to redefine clinicians’ workflows with production-grade AI features. You’ll join cross-functional squads and own end-to-end features, using Kotlin for backend and LLM APIs to drive product capabilities in a scalable healthcare context.

Hybrid work policy: 1–2 days in the office in Paris, with occasional remote time. You’ll collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing production code with solid software design, testing and architecture.
• Proficient in one or more back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, C++, Python, etc.).
• Experience using LLM provider APIs, including prompting and evaluation.
• Ability to translate fuzzy product requirements into working pipelines.
• Strong desire to redefine clinician workflows and improve patient care.
• Clear communication; collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: experience building multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end features from design to deployment and monitoring in a live healthcare setting.
• Build agentic pipelines: chains of LLM-based agents for complex documentation tasks.
• Integrate LLM provider APIs into production features.
• Design prompts and evaluation tools to measure quality and iterate quickly.
• Work with product managers to translate capabilities into reliable features.
