Job summary

Thermosphr is seeking a data/analytics professional to join the Operational Excellence team. You will own four missions: monitor equipment, detect performance issues, forecast savings, and boost Energy Managers’ efficiency with data tools.

We value quick delivery, data-driven decisions, and scalable solutions. A master’s degree and 2–4 years in data or analytics are required, with strong SQL, Python, and BI tool experience; fluent French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 2–4 years in data or analytics.
• Experience structuring data and automating processes.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, BigQuery, Metabase and Databricks.
• Native or bilingual French and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor around 500 pieces of equipment in real time and automate alerts or corrective actions.
• Detect when a building’s savings fall below break-even and identify root causes.
• Forecast a building’s achievable savings and calibrate the model against results.
• Identify bottlenecks in daily work of Energy Managers and equip them with data tools.
