Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Climate Strategy & ESG Intern to join the Impact team in Paris. The role focuses on supporting carbon footprint updates, ESG reporting, and sustainability initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in corporate climate strategy and data management.

The 6-month full-time internship starts January 2027, offering exposure to cross-functional data work, stakeholder engagement, and a globally distributed company culture that values circular fashion.

Qualifikationen

• Curious and passionate about Sustainability with a good understanding of climate change, carbon footprint, and circular economy concepts.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills, comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Prior exposure to or experience with GHG accounting methodologies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive with a strong team mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient with GSuite / Pack Office; SQL basics or data visualization tools are a plus.
• Currently a student eligible to sign an internship agreement (convention de stage)

Aufgaben

• Support the annual carbon footprint update by collecting, cleaning, and consolidating operational data across teams.
• Assist in updating and refining avoided emissions models and data.
• Help gather data for annual ESG reporting and investor requests; support KPI audits.
• Conduct research on climate initiatives, carbon accounting standards, and related topics.
• Contribute to ongoing projects (charities engagement, climate strategy rollout, annual impact reporting).
• Support the team on presentations, research, brainstorming, interviews, and event preparation.
• Keep the team updated on climate, fashion, tech, and logistics topics.
