Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Client Success Operations Associate in France, Nouvelle-Calédonie. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure operational success during the launch of a new product. Your responsibilities include engaging clients, providing training, and supporting product implementation.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Syndicated Lending market and previous customer success experience in a start-up environment. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this position.

About You:
The Client Success Operations Associate reporting to the Head of Product, Client Success will partner closely with Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to support the operational success of Versana’s new product launch. This includes driving execution across product demonstrations, client onboarding, account activation and maintaining high quality documentation to support the scale of Versana’s new product.
