A global asset management firm in Puteaux is seeking a Client Service Support intern. This role involves assisting the Client Service and Business Development teams with onboarding clients, monitoring reporting, and preparing activity reports. Ideal candidates will have postgraduate studies in relevant fields and be fluent in English and French. Department

AXA IM Prime is the Private Markets enabler of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. We help investors build diversified exposures to private assets through primaries, secondaries and co‑investments, as well as direct strategies such as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions. Through partnerships with best‑in‑class fund managers, we tailor investment solutions for institutional investors and wealth managers that support long‑term sustainable growth. AXA IM Prime’s team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA group’s ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn of alternative assets, with EUR5bn of commitments p.a. to be deployed over the next 3 years.

Client Service Team

The Client Service team acts, alongside the Sales teams, as a key interface with AXA IM Prime clients for all non‑investment matters including reporting. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team and the sales team on its day‑to‑day tasks and projects.

Discover Your Opportunity

Assist Client Service team & Business Development in their day‑to‑day tasks, and in particular :

  • Participate to the onboarding process of clients: set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc.
  • Monitor the delivery of the fund reporting to AXA IM Prime clients.
  • Assist sales in preparing monthly activity report for Management Board meetings.
  • Assist sales in defining target investor lists using various databases.
  • Assist in referencing of AXA IM Prime’s strategies and funds on various consultant databases.
  • Monitor RFP sites such as Mandatwire, Global Fund search, etc. to identify potential RFP’s for AXA IM Prime.
  • Support the process in structuring AXA IM Prime’s answers to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick‑off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high quality content on AXA IM Prime expertise overall.
  • Support the process of preparing ad‑hoc client pitches using AXA IM Prime slide deck Library.

  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Business, Economics, Management or Marketing.

Knowledge and skills

  • Office pack expert mandatory.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and French. Third language highly appreciated!
