You will lead recruitment efforts, promote management systems, and oversee client onboarding. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, exhibits strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is familiar with digital tools. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in health and/or provident insurance.
• Strong written and spoken French is required.
