Bonatti S.p.A. is currently looking for a Civil Works Supervisor to join its EPC project in Ajaccio, Corsica. The role involves supervising civil and building activities on site and coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality and HSE compliance.

The selected candidate will work closely with Construction Management to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project specifications are met on site in Ricanto, Ajaccio.

Qualifications

• Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Civil Supervisor on industrial, energy, power generation, or Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site construction activities.
• Good knowledge of HSE and quality control requirements.
• French and/or Italian will be considered a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Bonatti S.p.A. is currently looking for a Civil Works Supervisor to join its EPC project “Centrale à moteurs Corse du Sud” in Ricanto, Ajaccio (Corsica, France).

The selected candidate will supervise civil and building construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and building works performed by subcontractors and direct workforce.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities with Construction Management and other project functions.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational issues during construction.

Requirements

• Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Civil Supervisor on industrial, energy, power generation, or Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site construction activities.
• Good knowledge of HSE and quality control requirements.
• French and/or Italian will be considered a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
