What You’ll Do

• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, utility systems, and stormwater management plans for commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare construction documents, plans, specifications, and technical reports.
• Perform site feasibility studies, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, permitting agencies, and internal team members.
• Support quality control from concept through construction.
• Navigate and apply local, state, and federal design standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in civil/site design or land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
• Strong knowledge of site permitting and design standards.
