Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in our newly established Bismarck office. What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform detailed design computations.
• Perform preliminary layout, modeling and design.
• Research and prepare rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Assist with project design and preparation of plans and specifications; prepare cost and quantity take‑off estimates.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university or closely related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 4+ years progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including transportation and municipal infrastructure.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, GeoPAK Drainage, HydroCAD, P8 and GIS.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation; business‑related travel will be reimbursed.
• Bolton & Menk will not provide visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training extensions for STEM students. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the start of employment without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
