Position Overview

We are an AV‑rated law firm with decades of experience servicing corporate, institutional and insurance clients in construction, employment, coverage and commercial matters. We are looking for an experienced litigator to handle all aspects of litigated matters, including drafting and responding to pleadings, conducting depositions, attending mediations and conciliations, drafting motions, providing analysis and strategic recommendations to clients, preparing cases for trial and more. The role is hybrid, with remote and in‑office options, based in Metrowest and focused on delivering independent, high‑quality legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings
• Conduct depositions
• Attend mediations and conciliations
• Draft motions
• Provide analysis and strategic recommendations to clients
• Prepare cases for trial
• Work independently and manage your own caseload efficiently

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• More than five years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (MA Bar)
• Licensed to practice in New Hampshire (NH Bar)
