Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Civil I Engineer to support municipal, federal, and private sector projects. You will assist leadership in plans, specs, estimates, and proposals while developing design alternatives and evaluating alignments and costs.

The position requires a BS in civil engineering, PE in Texas or enrollment within 6 months, and up to 5 years of civil design experience. Strong communication and AutoCAD Civil 3D/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• 0-5 years of previous experience in civil design (municipal, infrastructure, site development).
• Proficiency with engineering principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, and public agencies.
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
