About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineer or Designer with 5–10 years of experience in industrial site development to join a collaborative and dynamic team based in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on medium to large‑scale industrial projects and play a key role in planning, designing, and executing site development strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Site development planning, including site master planning and site selection
  • Underground utility routing and space planning
  • Stormwater and hydrology analysis, including modeling using StormCAD and CivilStorm
  • Design and analysis of storm drain systems, gravity wastewater systems, and final grading plans
  • Conducting cut‑and‑fill analysis and earthwork balancing
  • Creating erosion & sediment control plans, SWPPPs, and supporting permitting processes
  • Researching and complying with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams on multi‑disciplinary projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in industrial civil site design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (all design modules)
  • Working knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam
  • Experience with stormwater modeling tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across engineering and project teams
