Job Description

Olsson provides multidisciplinary, preliminary, and construction design services for mixed‑use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage staff on technical aspects of projects, coordinating with all disciplines involved.
  • Plan and oversee the quality review process of project deliverables.
  • Provide a consultative resource to clients for project resolution.
  • Strengthen and further develop subject matter expertise in certain design areas.
  • Provide senior‑level design review for various projects on the team and act as a resource for technical issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data.
  • Promote efficiencies in producing quality work.
  • Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff.
