Kryptos Technologies UK Limited is looking for a Citrix Engineer (L2/L3) in Paris to provide support for Azure-hosted Citrix (CVAD/DaaS) environments. This hybrid 6 months+ contract involves administering configurations, troubleshooting issues, and managing remote access.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years in Citrix support, hands-on experience with CVAD, and strong ITIL-based support experience. English is mandatory, and French is preferred.

Job Title: Citrix Engineer (L2/L3) – Azure Environment

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid) 6 months+ contract

Role Overview

Provide L2/L3 support for Azure-hosted Citrix (CVAD/DaaS) environment, ensuring stable VDI operations, seamless application delivery and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Citrix CVAD/DaaS, Delivery Controllers, VDAs, Catalogs & Groups
• Manage NetScaler (ADC), Gateway and secure remote access
• Support StoreFront, Workspace, WEM, FSLogix
• Troubleshoot session performance, profile, and access issues
• Support Azure (VMs, networking, storage, load balancing)
• Handle incident, problem & change management (ITIL)
• Monitor system health, perform performance tuning & RCA
• Manage application publishing & packaging (Intune, Chocolatey)
• Perform patching, DR testing & operational readinessContribute to SLA reporting & governance

Requirements

Experience

• 4–8+ years in Citrix/VDI support (L2/L3)
• Hands‑on with CVAD / Citrix DaaS and enterprise production environments
• Strong ITIL-based support experience

Technical Skills

• Citrix: CVAD, DaaS, ADC/NetScaler, Gateway, WEM
• Profiles: FSLogix, policy management
• Cloud: Azure (VMs, networking, monitoring)
• Applications: Publishing, Intune, Chocolatey
• Core: Troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (IT/CS or related)
• Citrix (CCA/CCP/CCE) – preferred
• Azure (AZ-104) – preferred

Additional
