SKOTT GROUP is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Network Security to shape the information security strategy across an international, multi-country scope. The role blends deep technical expertise in infrastructure, network and cloud with governance capabilities and executive reporting.

You will lead security governance bodies, define security policies, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive multi-jurisdiction compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR).

As part of strengthening its security governance, the group is looking for an Head of Infrastructure & Network Security able to drive the information security strategy across an international, multi-country scope.

The role combines deep technical expertise (infrastructure, network, cloud) with high-level governance capabilities: cross-functional leadership, budget arbitration, vendor management, and strategic vision at group level.

Key responsibilities

Governance & security strategy (international group)

• Define and drive the infrastructure security strategy across multiple countries
• Roll out the group ISSP (Information System Security Policy) and ensure consistency between local entities and central functions
• Lead security governance bodies (steering committees, risk committees) and executive reporting to top management
• Ensure multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR depending on sectors)
• Oversee risk assessments (EBIOS RM) and remediation plans across the infrastructure scope
• Build and manage the infrastructure security budget for the scope
• Select, contract, and manage service providers and integrators (MSSP, vendors, consultancies)
• Arbitrate investments and optimize the value/cost ratio of security measures

Infrastructure, network & cloud security

• Oversee the security architecture of infrastructures: datacenters, network, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), hybrid environments
• Drive the hardening of technical foundations: segmentation, hardening, IAM/PAM, PKI, backup/DRP
• Ensure a strong detection and response posture (SOC, EDR, SIEM) in coordination with operational teams

Coordination & cross-functional leadership

• Coordinate local CISOs and security officers across entities
• Support change management and foster a security culture across the group
• 10-15+ years in cybersecurity, strong technical infra/network/cloud roots + recent CISO-level governance
• Proven international, multi-country leadership
• Bilingual English, daily international leadership and COMEX reporting. This is a must
